YAYLA – High pastures of Turkey

The high plains of the central Anatolian mountains is regarded as the incarnation and birthplace of Turkishness.

This tour lets us experience nomad traditions in the Sübücmen-Yaylasi plain, about 2,300 metres above sea level, and takes us past the Egri lake. Each year in May, the cattle is led to the lush pastures on the high plains and back to the valleys and coastal regions in October.
